I'm familiar with them and the problem is so infrequent that I had forgotten.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;However: infrequency isn't the issue when you send a number of assessments to a client only to find that the emails are ending up all over the place.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The issue, it turns out, isn't the sender. It's an  issue of well-meaning but inconsistent security, firewalls, and spam filtering at different global locations.
